David Blamires – Co-Writer, Producer, Recording Engineer, Singer

Originally known as one of Canada’s most versatile and sought after session musicians for 15 years David recorded and toured as the singer/instrumentalist in The Pat Metheny Group. His work with the group earned him two Grammy® awards. His own self-titled worldbeat CD resulted in extensive airplay and sales throughout the US and Canada.   David now lives in Chicago where he has been working as a composer for national TV commercials and performing throughout the US and Canada for the past 10 years where his invaluable instincts and skills for composing and songwriting have continued. A key member of the Groovin’ Groceries Team, David has 3 kids and lives in Oak Park, IL.

Franfou is a professional illustrator and animator for kids projects specializing in children’s books, animation, games and everything in between. Groovin' Groceries - A Children’s Wellness Program stems from Lori’s love of music and the importance she puts on her own family’s health. She brings a variety of essential nutrients to this project.
