Eat Smart! Healthy Habits, Healthy Kids
Groovin' Groceries is a children’s wellness program led by a musically driven group of animated characters that teach kids about nutrition, exercise and making healthy choices.
Created for kids ages 2 and up as well as their parents, educators and caretakers, the Groovin' Groceries characters sing and dance their way to lessons about the five food groups.
This program is based on the 2010 Government food pyramid recommendations and has been reviewed by pediatric dietitian, Lara Field MS, RD, CSP, LDN.
The songs - co-written by 2x Grammy® award winner, David Blamires and American Songwriter award winning lyricist, Lori Grebe Cook - include messages about nutrition, exercise, avoiding junk food and having fun along the way.
Through catchy songs on the Groovin’ Groceries Tunes CD, hands-on educational activities such as, the Groovin’ Groceries In-Store Scavenger Hunts and the Groovin’ Groceries Sticker Reward Calendar - the characters have kids dancing and singing their way through lessons about nutrition, exercise as well as temptation and moderation.
Take these products and messages of nutrition and healthy choices to your communities through fundraisers to support your organization!

Adventure
Everyday, we read how childhood obesity has more than tripled in the past 30 years. You hear how our kids are spending more time watching TV, playing video games and eating easy-access foods, which may not be healthy.
